The process of making Orange Wine is ancient, but the reinvigoration of this process has resurfaced in the last 20 years. This is Easthill Estate’s debut of something a little bold! The Chardonnay grapes were mashed and fermented with their skins and seeds attached. This limited edition wine is robust and bold, with honeyed aromas of stone fruits, hazelnut, bruised apple, linseed oil, juniper, sourdough, and dried orange rind.
